The topics that are chosen are looked into meticulously before they really become the theme. Once the theme has been decided, it will then be given to different groups and organizations like the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the Science and Culture Organization (UNESCO) and many more.
